All orders are processed only after payment confirmation through our official WhatsApp.
Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material costs.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using our approved payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors or unavailability of materials.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary based on the customer’s location and the production timeline required for custom orders.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors such as courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the product is handed over to the shipping carrier.
